Deeg Palace

Deeg was constructed in 1772 as a summer resort for the rulers of the Bharatpur State. Built in the Hindu style, the Deeg Palace remained in active use till the early 1970s. The palace was the only Hindu style palace in North India.

The Abhaneri Step Well
